The project

Adults often define ideas for children. WORLDS BY does the opposite: we ask one question and listen to the answer they draw.
Why drawing
Answers don’t always need words.
A drawing lets a child answer without needing sophisticated language, or the right vocabulary, or permission to be serious. It holds what matters to them — and often what an adult would never have thought to include.
Turned into something you can wear, that perspective travels beyond the classroom, and into everyday life somewhere else in the world.

Every child’s drawing can become a design. There is no selection of the “best”.

We adapt drawings for print without correcting their character.

Each collection will state what returns to its community, agreed with the partner before launch.

Every future collection is designed to give back to the community it came from. A share of each purchase is intended to return to the school, organisation or community behind it.
The exact model will be agreed transparently with each partner organisation and displayed clearly before a collection goes live.
